The best 'N Sync book yet!
Expensive but worth the money!

Love and MemoriesI am now 16 years old and I still read these books. (I would recommend reading the "Sierra Jensen Series" after you read the Christy Miller series.) I went on to read the Sierra Jensen series and then the finally "Christy and Todd: The College Years". All these books are remarkable. Never have I read a book, or series of books that I loved so very much.
Since this is that last book that Mrs. Gunn plans on writing of our beloved "friends" who have become very real in our lives: Christy, Todd, Katie, Doug, Tracey, Rick, Sierra, Randy, Amy, and even Wes, I make a plea to you Mrs. Gunn not to stop writing about these characters you've brought into ourlives, but, if you must, I thank you so much for doing so.(If something is spoken three times it is sealed):Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
the finale
A great ending to the Christy series

WOW!
As You WishTodd Spencer has pronounced his love for Christy, but Christy still has some doubts. After coming home from a year in Switzerland, Christy is ready to start her senior year in college at Rancho Corona University with Todd and her best friend Katie. She is reunited with her friend from Wisconsin, Matt Kingsley, and finds a wonderful job. But soon, Christy finds herself in a hospital room, praying as hard as ever. What will become of the relationship between Christy and Todd? Will Christy get a chance to pronounce her love for Todd? What will happen in terms of their future?
You deffinately HAVE to read this book. My absolute favorite part was when all the characters were reunited for a very special occasion. I won't ruin the ending for you, but you HAVE to read this book. Mrs. Gunn has created another masterful book for the Christy series, and let's hope that there are more to come!!!

Drew Barrymore Recounts Her Life ... and How She SurvivedSome thought, and even now may think, that the book is trying to exploit her scandal, but that is not simply true. The book records minutely her wild days after her sudden fame, but Drew does not lose her level-headed attitudes on her past, and honestly tells what happened in her life.
The book's contents cover the events from her birth to her day of recovery at fourteen, and naturally considerable part is devoted to her days of decline into drinking and drug. Drew doesn't conceal the truth about her personality, difficult relationship with her mother, many adventures resulting from her behavior, and hard days in the hospital. Her first-hand knowledge is, however, what many teenagers would feel in their own life, and probably many teens and adults alike can relate to the honest Drew; that is the best past of the book, and Drew's harrowing personal experience must not be dismissed as a simple, usual, celebrity's gossip you will forget next day.
And thanks to her wise decision, the book includes many pages recording her good days in Hollywood. The most memorable is her memoir during the shooting of "ET" and her friendship with the director Steven Spielberg. Her recollection is full of happy episodes, which are as touching as the film itself, and it is easy to understand that the movie means a lot to them. She also remembers her funny tall tales she made before Spielberg at the audition for "ET," and nervous feelings at her appearance on TV "Saturday Night Live" as a host. Other co-workers too appear in her book (one of them is Stephen King), and it is interesting to read those pages.
"Little Girl Lost" consists two narratives: Drew's own voice written (or probably recorded) in the first-person narrative, and contributor Todd Golds's third-person commentary explaining the background of her life, which includes comments by people around her including Jaid, Drew's mother. Both tell her life one after the other, so the book succeeds in not giving one-sided view on things around her. The book is written well-balanced, and also gives a brief and comprehensive history of famous Barrymore family (of course, you knew she belongs to the legendary Barrymores? If not, it's time.)
There are so many thing I want to talk, but about the rest, you buy the book and read it. The book is readable, and her very realistic account of her wild days, I confess, is gripping and absorbing. Some people say it is sad, and they are right. But she made it; she survived; and after knowing how she did it, you come to like her all the more.
Absolutly the best book i've ever read!
Drew Barrymore

BOOK REVIEW: Windows NT/2000 reminds a reader of "War and Peace" in that it contains over 800 pages of in-depth information. The font is a fairly readable size.
Author's note, tips, warnings and many graphical examples can be found throughout the book. The Content section has 13 pages while the Index contains 44 information packed pages. With this much reference material, the reader should not lack the ability to locate the information he/she is seeking. Just in case this isn't enough, the book is divided into Parts and each Part lists what the Chapters of that Part contain.
If the reader is building a "Windows NT or 200 thin client system", Windows NT/200, Thin Client Solutions, Implementing Terminal Services and Citrix MetaFrame should provide the answers.

And you thought you knew poetry...
Hurts sooooooo Good!Verses that Hurt begins with the hard-hitting words of Penny Arcade's "Manifesto." The moment I read this poem, I knew I would be hooked on this collection. Her poem begins with, "This is my personal message to all you careerist, slime-bucket, fame-seeking, psychofantic, weak-worded, same-voiced..." I could go on, but you get the idea. It really just screamed to me, "Poetry is POWER!"
Tish Benson's "U BE DOIN IT" is an amazing poetic representation of jazz and sound: "deBOOPde bEE bOPdeBoPdeBop da Bang bANG" - BRILLIANT!
Matthew Courtney's "A Dream Never Dreamed of Sonny Bono & Don Knotts" captures everything that wordplay has the potential to become.
Anne Elliott is perhaps my favorite poet in this book. She slams it all in your face, but does so with a subtle creepiness that is truly out of this world! DEFINATELY check out "something turned over" and "Trojan Love Poems." In fact, I dare you to read "Trojan Love Poems" out loud without crying. I super dog dare ya'!
Shut-Up Shelly does amazing things with word placement on the page. Also the content of "mantra" really speaks to the forlorn nature of our generations: "My life is ----/I hate my life/My life sucks/It's a mantra!"
Finally, Edwin Torres, who is always the craziest poet in just about any collection, does some very powerful work in this collection. Check out "Power Round" and "The Modern Phaullus."
In short, this is no grandmother's book of poetry. The plethora of poetic device used in this collection kicks any other anthology out of the water! BUY THIS BOOK TODAY, become a poet tomorrow.
It is the best of the best poetry today
